You can also use our helpline to arrange a counselling session that can take place over the phone or face to face if you have a more complex or personal issue you wish to discuss.

Please note that counselling is limited up to three sessions per single issue that you wish to discuss.

For tax reasons, counselling can not be offered to immediate family members of Executive planholders.
